Outback Clotheslines undertake the following guarantee for its manufactured products;
> Repair or replacement of any product that fails due to defective material or faulty workmanship for the period of one (1) year from date of purchase. It will need proof of invoice and correct buyer information details - “Materials” include plastic components, fasteners and cord
> Replacement of any other component of the clothes line that is distorted or broken as a direct result of rust for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase.
This Guarantee is conditional as follows;
Failure is due to faulty workmanship or faulty material, allowing for fair wear and tear.
No evidence of misuse or maladjustment by the owner or any person using or repairing the product with or without the owner’s consent.
Deterioration of the powder coat finish caused by exposure to sea air in coastal locations is not covered.
No cost will be borne by Outback Clotheslines for freight, postage, in-situ dismantling, replacement, re-assembling and adjustment of the product.
Any malfunction of the product must be promptly reported to City Living Clotheslines for immediate attention to prevent further damage. When a user-generated problem is attended to by service staff a service fee may be applicable.
Recommendation Every 12 months the clotheslines are need it to be have a small Service adding Oil in the areas that sticker has been placed by us to ensure the mechanism is continuously working correctly which is part of the warranty as well.
PLEASE NOTE Clotheslines Cords Are Cover under the Warranty only 12 months since clotheslines has been installed by the Installation Tradesman.
This Guarantee exceeds and does not preclude any rights assured by the Trade Practices Act and any other State and Territory Laws.
