Refund Policy

Outback Clotheslines is happy to refund or exchange due to our error of delivering an incorrect part or product.

We will offer an exchange as first option, if this is not possible eg part unavailable we will provide a refund excluding the delivery fee.

This policy will apply for 5 working days from once the order was placed.

Please Note:

WE DO NOT REFUND DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

Returning Items


A returned item can only apply to fully damaged goods or an incorrect factory order delivered.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition or missing parts cannot be returned.

* Any item that is returned more than 5 working days after delivery.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Please allow a deduction from refund for initial delivery fee of goods to the delivery address on the order.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your provided bank account with BSB and Account details, within 2 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Outback Clotheslines will only replace the same item if it is defective or damaged.

Send us an email at sales@outbackclotheslines.com.au with reason, images and information in regards to the enquiry.


Courier


To return your product, you should arrange for courier to deliver to Outback Clotheslines: 2/36 Liverpool Street Ingleburn NSW 2565. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping/courier costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping to your delivery address on order will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping/courier service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and you accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns.
