Omg I ordered the new clothesline the day we were moving into our new house and the lady on the phone was super helpful as I’m coming from a hills hoist rotary line which I love to a new in ground mounted line! My experience with these lines in the past is that they are small, waste of space that don’t dry clothes really well especially in winter! Well I’m impressed - I wanteda large line that would fit king sheets/quilts and I was surprised that I could order a custom size!!! Not only was itcheaper than I expected, theymatched our fence colour which isn’t the usual colour everyone has. I was told the line would be delivered and installed the following Tuesday (ordered Thursday) I was pleasantly surprised that the tradesman called me the very next day and said he could install the line within 2 hours! Needless to say love the line - very impressed so far!!

The only issue was the instructions didn’t really match what was delivered. But we managed to sort it out.

Not sure if I did the right thing - I concreted the base plate into a hole I dug - didn't use the dyna bolts
